About Us & Our Mission

Far North is a Global Artist Management and Development Agency, dedicated to the strategic growth of independent talent.Founded in the UK in 2017, over the years we evolved into a global agency, now functioning across 5+ timezones. Since COVID-19 we have deployed 100% remote operations.Our work is anchored by three pillars: longevity, sustainability and creativity. Our role is to amplify artistry, never compromising an artists creative control.

Our Roster

Our incognito company policy prioritises the artist's world over ours. This means Far North run : a zero-social-presence policy, a private artist roster and a referral only recruitment process.

Our Legacy

We have a history working with artists across genres, primarily in the musical realms between: Electronic, Indie, R&B, Pop and Hip Hop.

Job Title: Administration & Operations Coordinator
Location: City of London, London [Remote]
Salary: £28,750 – £31,125 per annumThe Role:Our expansion working across territories means we are seeking a sharp admin & operations coordinator that is capable of managing our global set portfolio of Independent Artists. You will be responsible for handling mail, managing digital assets, logging metadata, maintaining partner relations and other administrative tasks.Key Tasks:Asset & Metadata Management:: Assigning and verifying ISRC/UPC codes, embedding metadata and maintaining the cloud.Portfolio Management: Managing release deadlines and artist scheduling across different time zones.Artist & Partner Liaison: Point of contact for partners, artists and external services (distributors, collection societies)Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Music Business- 2+ years experience in label or management role (preferably operations or administration)- Experience working with Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, Cloud asset storage.How to Apply:[email protected]Date of Listing: [21/03/26]
