Far North is a fully remote music agency, specialising in early-stage artist growth. We provide artist management, artist development, and marketing strategy, built for the realities of the modern independent artists.After 7+ years working alongside pioneering artists and record labels in the UK music industry, we recently launched Far North to bridge the gap between talented early-career artists and industry success.

Job Title: Artist Manager Assistant [Part-Time: 10hrs per week]
Location: City of London, London [Remote]
Salary: £6,630 – £8,580 per annum [Negotiable: Experience Dependant]The Role:Ahead of our 2027 launch and with the development of our ESA Management & Development Program, we seek a sharp part-time associate artist manager who can seemlessly fit in our dynamic and experienced team.To represent Far North you must be decisive, creative, obsessed with music, and able to thrive in people management roles. You will be responsible for assisting release campaigns, delivering hands-on daily artist development, managing artist schedules and developing relations with our partner companies.Key Tasks:Management Operations & Strategy Execution: Assisting comprehensive release cycle frameworks, aiding roster brand strategy, and delivering hands-on daily operational artist development to keep talent strictly aligned with their long-term goals.Distribution, Asset & Royalty Infrastructure: Monitoring global independent release pipelines, organizing and auditing creative assets, and safeguarding backend data to ensure seamless distribution and complete royalty optimization.Global Network Operations: Assisting in administrating contact between the team and an expanding global network of industry partners.Requirements:Minimum: (Bachelor's) Degree in Music BusinessMinimum: 2+ years experience in an artist management, A&R, or label development roles (preferably with a focus on digital strategy or artist development)Experience working with Canva, Notion, Adobe Creative Suite, Slack, Google Sheets, and Cloud Systems.How to Apply:[email protected]Date of Listing: [02-07-26]
